HIRING SAMASTA YOGA STUDIO
WORKSHOP, EVENT & PRACTITIONER ROOM HIRE
Hire charges for THE STUDIO are to cover overhead costs; provide admin support and some advertising. Samasta Yoga Studio is not an employer, all presenters who wish to hire the space must already be a sole trader and/or have their own business and tax structure in place. Individuals are expected to maintain their current business model, insurance and first aid updates. (Current copies of Certificates are required)
The Studio is available for ongoing or singular workshops, presentations, teacher trainings, corporate events, treatment services & private sessions.
WHAT WE OFFER
The whole STUDIO is about 90sq mts. It counts with a reception area, foyer area, 2 separate rooms, 1 kitchenette and 1 toilet. Suitable for functions, events, workshops and trainings.
ROOM 1 (about 40sq mts) has a Capacity for 15-20 yoga mats or 30 chairs, all props and 10 sets of wall ropes.
ROOM 2 (about 30sq mts) Capacity for 10-12 yoga mats and 20 chairs.
Includes 5 sets of wall ropes.
OUR HIRE RATES INCLUDE
Props: mats, blocks, straps, bolsters, blankets, chairs & trestle tables (if needed), cooling and heating air conditioner in both Rooms, foyer area with storage, unisex toilet & kitchenette (cups, kettle, microwave, fridge, cutlery, dishware and induction stove).
A complete inventory will be signed by both parts.
2 Hours - $100
3 Hours - $130
4 Hours (half day) - $150
8 Hours (full day) - $230
PACKAGE OF 2 OR MORE DAYS
2 + Days - $200 per day.
INVOICING, PRICING & BOOKINGS
Workshop facilitators are required to pay room hire fee no later than 2 weeks prior to scheduled event.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Should presenters need to cancel events 20% room hire will be retained if event is cancelled within the 2 week window with 80% refunded to practitioner. 100% hire fee will be forfeited and non-refundable if event is cancelled within 24 hours of event start time.
EVENT TICKET SALES: Workshop ticket sales are organised by presenter(s) for participant payments & bookings, we recommend Eventbrite or a similar platform. Presenters do have the option to utilise our booking system at no extra hire charge but payment processing fees apply.
SOCIAL MEDIA & CROSS-PROMOTION: Please add Samasta Yoga Studio Facebook page as a co-host or venue to your Facebook event as this is the best way we support and cross-promote ticketed events. We feature all events in our Instagram stories and this is easier if presenters supply us with extra content. Events, Trainings & Workshops will be listed on our room booking and website pages.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All equipment is to be kept clean and stowed away, the rooms are to be left as they were found.

Please do not burn incense as many people are sensitive or allergic to incense and perfumes.
Please exercise sensible safety etiquette regarding personal belongings.
All events are encouraged to refrain from wearing shoes in studios. For clarification please contact us.
A key deposit of $25 per key is required by all presenters & practitioners.
