Mats and props can be provided by the studio but we highly recommend bringing your own if possible and a beach towel.
 

Is recommended not eating 2 hours before the class.

 

All students can wear casual clothing that they can move freely, non restrictive clothes suitable for stretching. 

 

Please advise the teacher if there are any medical conditions, injuries or restrictions.
 

Bring your own bottle of water, but we recomend not drinking during the class, children must have their own bottles inside the studio.


All long hair should be tied back.


No baggy clothes, costumes/fairy dress ups to be worn, unless a notification has sent.

 

Please be on time for the class, the studio will be close after 5 minutes of commencing the class.

No phone or food inside the Studio.

Yoga is a barefeet practice, please leave shoes in the specified area.

 

All KidsYoga fees have to be fully paid by the second class.
