About the Event
Taught by senior teacher Lisa Brenton. Each day builds on the previous day offering students the opportunity to deepen their practice, increasing their practice, increasing their strength and stability, physically, mentally and spiritually. These carefully planned classes begin with pranayama, followed by asanas and conclude with savanna (relaxation)
